Cendol, SS23.

During one of the Chinese New year holidays, my siblings was craving for cendol. It seems the cendol in Singapore was not fresh. I wonder why? I always thought cendol was just some dough and some colouring. On the way to my parents place via LDP, I always pass by this mobile cendol place at the corner on the left turn into SS23 after the Kelana Jaya LRT station heading to SS2. This cendol stall been here for years. I remembered that it was runned by a husband and wife team but now they have workers running it for them. I think what makes cendol nice is that the right amount of coconut milk mixed into it with brown sugar. This one has the right amount. Not too sweet but creamy enough.
