Yu Kee Bak Kut Teh, SS14.

When its raining one of my favourite gastronomic affairs would be the BKT. There is this place row of shop at SS14 where there are numerous BKT shops. This place is my regular. Other seems to think so too as the customers are many and sometime during peak hours its difficult to find a place to sit. My normal order would always be the pork stomach white peppered soup. It strong and pungent and not many people likes it. I am the one who love spicy food so this is the next best thing to curry for me.....

Choong Foong Revisited.

It been about a year since I came to this place for lunch. I remember that the last time I was here was during last year's chinese new year lunch for the office. This place does not seem to change over the year as people working near Subang Airport would frequent here for lunch or dinner. The food quality had alway stayed the consistently good. I wonder if the chef was the same all this years? Last week I was in Subang for some work and ended up at this place for lunch with some of the office friends. Ordered the normal stuff but one in particular I never tried here is he sweet and sour long pork ribs. I beats any up market rib restaurants anyday. The ginger fish was the other favourite.
There no surprises why this place can stay popular with the office staff in Subang Airport all this while. The place is so well hidden in Kampung Subang but its alway crowded with customers whenever I go there. This is what I cann quality sells.

Happy New Year 2008!!!!!

Wishing Happy New Year to all!!!! As this is the first blog of the year, I would like to keep it simple and may it be more properous to all. It was a quiet new year's eve for me as staying at home watching the festivities on TV. Maybe I getting older but not into the crowds an noise anymore. It been more than a year since I started this blog. Time sure flies. My baby girl too is coming to 1 year next month. Hopefully it wil be better for all of us with time to come.... and more food to try too...
